Please give the Call Center the above "Item Code" for the Free Ground Shipping, when you place your exchange order.

If you use a debit card, then your bank takes out the amount of the order and holds it for 72 hours. then when we ship your product we charge the card so your bank charges your account again. Then, your bank returns the first amount they were holding after the 72 hours are up. Just so you know, this has nothing to do with always for me,inc. This is how banks deal with debit cards.
