When we started Pure, I considered putting our people through some sort of customer care training programme. But I soon realised that, actually, the best thing to do was employ people who cared as much about what we do as me, and let them get on with it. It's the same principle as selecting the finest cashmere; choose the best and let it speak for itself.

Perhaps its because we haven't got a shop that everyone here works so hard to make you feel welcome and cared for. We've tried to think of everything; making it easy to order and equally easy to send anything back, even if it's just because it's not really 'you'. We can arrange bespoke items, send colour swatches and are getting really good at gift-wrapping.

We hate to disappoint. If there's anything we're not doing that you think we should, or if we're doing anything you don't like, please give me a call, because I really want to hear from you.

It's always nice when customers tell us how much they like what we do. But if we ever disappoint you in any way, I would really appreciate your taking the time to tell me.
