Most orders do ship the same day, but some may take as long as 48 hours to ship. For items that are imported it may take slightly longer, but we import items weekly directly to our location.

Moto Leather started in May 2003 and due to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service and great product selection and competitive pricing we have grown considerably. Moto Leather understands that you will want to know when your item has shipped and will want to be able to track it. You will be made aware of your order status from purchase to shipping by receiving e-mails from our automated tracking/status systems.

When you place an order at Moto Leather whether it is online or by phone you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. If there are any problems with your order we will e-mail you promptly. If there are no problems your next e-mail will be an order status with a link to a tracking number to track your package.

The most common reason an order will be delayed is if your credit card billing information does not match what your credit card company has on file. In this case we will e-mail you asking to verify the billing information. If needed we will call your bank to verify the information over the phone to proceed with the order quickly.

You may receive additional e-mails telling you of status changes to your order. Moto Leather likes to keep our customers informed of any delays in shipping or back orders which are rare.
