About Bensons. Bensons has been involved in the video industry for over 20 years, starting as a video rental shop in West London in 1980. We started selling by mail order in 1985 to customers worldwide.

How To Order. Ordering online at this website is designed to be easy, secure, and hassle free. We do also welcome orders by telephone, fax, or by post if you prefer.

Payment Methods. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron. and Maestro. We do also accept payment by cheque or postal order, made payable to "Mr Bensons", and sent to our postal address with your name, address, and what you would like to order.

Shipping Rates. Delivery within the UK and for BFPO customers is FREE. Delivery to Europe and the Rest Of The World is GBP 1.00 per disc or GBP 1.75 per VHS Tape.

Delivery Times. We ship most items within 2-3 days, though you should allow 5-7 days. We usually ship by Royal Mail First Class to UK & BFPO destinations, and by airmail to Europe and the Rest Of The World. For larger orders, we may use a courier.
