We handcraft every item after it is ordered, so please allow one to six business days for the items to be shipped.

If you need an item sooner, please let us know the date you need the item in the comment box during checkout. If the order cannot be filled on time, we will automatically cancel the order and notify you.

We ship every item using the US Postal Service. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email once your order ships. You will be able to check the status of your order on your account page. At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.

We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged when you place an order. Orders shipped within California are subject to state taxes.

You may return any product that you are not completely satisfied with for 30 days after the delivery date for a full refund.
