TruckMod accepts all major credit cards and PayPal payments. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but could result in a delay in the shipment of your package, as it is company policy that checks must clear our bank before the product can be shipped. The online credit card system is totally secure, through VeriSign protocols, so you can be assured that your sensitive billing information is safe. Orders may also be faxed to 610-473-9742. Please add the items to your shopping cart, select a credit card for processing (even if you are paying with check or Money Order), and complete your shipping address information. If you have additional payment information, you can add it to the "Ordering Instructions" area. Then just print the completed page and fax it to us and we will process your order manually.

We can only accept returns within 10 days of shipment. You must first obtain an approval from us if you wish to exchange or return an item. We do not except returns on products that have been used and have no manufacture defects.

All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. TruckMod cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds for store credit will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by TruckMod. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, TruckMod will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items. Any refused shipments sent back to TruckMod does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with TruckMod for refused shipments. It is company policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products shipped.
