Hips - Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, then check the tape measure.

Torso - Holding one end of the tape measure at top of your right shoulder, wrap it down across your body, between your legs, and up across your back to the right shoulder again. Lower your arms, let them hang naturally, then check the tape measure.

Inseam - Take a pair of pants that fit you well and lay them flat. Measure from the inside crotch seam to the bottom hem.

Chest/Bust - Lift your arms and wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust. Lower your arms, let them hang naturally, then check the tape measure.

Waist - Wrap the tape measure around that part of your waist where you fold when you bend over. Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, then check the tape measure.
