ChooseaPrize is operated by PDV Ltd an online direct marketing company who provide UK internet users with free prize and competition websites. In exchange, you (as a member of chooseaprize) tell us or our advertisers information about you and we'll send you relevant advertising messages. We will not give your details to our advertisers without your permission. All advertiser emails that members will receive will be sent via PDV's Fair Exchange programme.
PDV Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act and is also a member of The Direct Marketing Association.
All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, have a long delivery period and/or waiting list, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted. If no suitable prize can be found a cash alternative will be provided, at the discretion of PDV Ltd.
A random generator process selects all winners. All PDV Ltd operated Prize Draws take place within 5 working days of the end of the Prize Draw close date.
Prizes must be claimed within 28 days. Unclaimed prizes will be void.
PDV Ltd accepts no liability for unclaimed prizes, the processing of account details or unconsidered entries, due to any technical failure(s) or failures otherwise.
