How It All Started

My wife, Yana, and I came to the US from Ukraine, an Eastern European country. As you all know, each country and each nation has its own culture and with it its unique life style. Speaking of style, I would like to mention that fashion is often driven by the way people live and look. The majority of people in my country are slim and tall. They don't use cars often to drive to work or shopping. Instead, they use urban transport for commuting, and enjoy going for walks and meeting their friends in the fresh air. As they are always in the public eye, they want to look sharp and stylish.

The problem I've faced living outside the Ukraine is that I can't find clothes that fit my body and my sense of style. I have found few stores which carry real European style clothes, but they are too expensive. After some research, I've found that it is much cheaper and much more fashionable to make clothes for yourself instead of spending a lot of time of searching for some unique, high-quality, good looking item just for you. So, why couldn't you just select the garment you are looking for, choose fabrics you like, enter your measurements, print customized sewing patterns on your printer or plotter, and sew your magic outfit right at home? M-Sewing.com was born to solve this problem.

What is LEKO CAD?

The software we use to make the designs of the clothes and grade them to any size is developed by Vilar Soft Ltd. We are an official dealer for Vilar Soft in the United States.

LEKO is the first CAD available to design apparel patterns from scratch and it is the only currently existing system that automates the very design and pattern making processes. The result of a designer's work is a digitized set of patterns that may be plotted, printed or transferred into almost any other CAD programs for future marker making and cutting.
