Morgan started life as a secondhand camera shop in Tottenham Court Road almost 25 years ago; since 1983 we have also traded in surplus and end-of-line computer equipment. The ageing Leicas and Nikons have now made way for Pentiums, IBMs, Toshibas and the like - though we haven't totally lost sight of our roots as we now do a thriving trade in digital cameras.

The move to computers accelerated over the years with large showrooms opening in Central London (New Oxford Street), Birmingham (Five Ways Island) and Machester (Piccadilly) plus a nationwide Mail Order department and warehouse/distribution centre in West London.

Morgan are now one of the UK's leading dealers in surplus, overstock and closeout computer stocks. Equipment is typically sourced direct from manufacturers and large distributors and sold direct to the end user - from individuals, the SOHO market, education and corporates. Morgan are one of the largest and longest established operators in this field in the UK.

The typical Morgan showroom is between 1,500 and 2,000 square foot, located in or near the city centre adjacent to the business districts. The stores have warehouse style racking and all the store is on open view to the customer - very much the "pile it high and sell it low" principle. The shops all have large display windows and extensive demonstration areas.

The Mail Order department based in Birmingham and accounts for some 30% of Morgan business. All Morgan stock is available by mail order; we offer guaranteed next working day delivery (subject to stocks) on all orders placed by 3pm. Internet orders are subject to clearance. Orders are picked direct from the warehouse racking and dispatched by overnight insured courier.

7. Singapore Airlines.

We have come a long way from our humble origins as a small regional airline. Our story began in May 1947, when Malayan Airways first operated a twin-engined Airspeed Consul between Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Penang. Insurance is vital to a free enterprise economy. It protects society from the consequences of financial loss from death, accidents, sicknesses, damage to property, and injury caused to others.
